Black Adder
Shaped by a gripping blend of 80s metal that fuses the essence of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal with German metal influences, Black Adder stands for powerful and melodic English-language songs. Founded by brothers Andreas and Ralf Bubolz in Westerstede, the band began performing across Germany in 2018, before the pandemic slowed their momentum.
After some setbacks, the brothers reformed the band with a new lineup and completed their debut album Hellraiser (2025). With vocals recorded by none other than Henning Basse (Metalium, ex-Firewind, Withering Scorn, …), they later found a permanent frontman in Timo Behrens (Iron Priest), who now embodies the energy of Black Adder live on stage.
To complete the lineup, guitarists Jannis Hoffmann and Antonio De Yta (Buried Dreams, Iron Priest) joined the band, taking charge of guitar duties and delivering the signature twin guitar harmonies that define Black Adder’s powerful sound.
